GEOHEX™ is an Australian-made plastic grid turf and substrate stabilizer that has a huge variety of uses and applications. Being independently certified by Good Environ- mental Choice Australia (GECA), QSA Erosion Control System is a cheaper and more environmentally friendly substitute to concrete and bitumen-type products.
As a cost-effective surface stabilization and erosion solution for soil stability problems, QSA Erosion Control System has been designed to prevent erosion, stabilize infill material and control shearing, lateral and vertical movement in a wide range of soil and substrate types.
Our Solution
By increasing the effective structural integrity of soils, QSA Erosion Control System creates a stiffened base layer that provides increased load support whilst preventing soil subsidence and soil erosion. QSA Erosion Control System improves safety on the edge of roads, embankments, parking areas and many other medium to high traffic surfaces.
With a maximum load bearing capacity of 1200t/sqm* and made from recycled and recyclable interlocking polypropylene hexagonal cells,QSA Erosion Control System is suitable for use in just about any type of ground and geological conditions.

Turf Stablization
Thanks to its unique hexagonal plastic paving grid like structure, QSA Erosion Control System is designed to keep gravel in place without any rutting and spreading .
Site Rehabilitation
QSA Erosion Control System assists with the rehabilitation of mines and industrial sites by assisting with the build-up of vegetation, stabilization of embankments and walls and by the stabilizing of both soil and road areas thanks to its strong hexagonal design.
Water runoff control
QSA Erosion Control System has been designed with a 99.7% non-porous surface that has been engineered to allow rainwater to slowly run off into soil and then into the water table rather than having it to run off to drainage.
Slope Stabilization / Sediment control
With the ability to stabilize slopes with large inclination, QSA Erosion Control System helps prevent surface erosion and subsidence in a wide variety of situations including roadways, mine sites / construction sites and residential developments.
