Q-VIRO eliminates all bad smells and alleviates most problems encountered in operating grease traps. Reduces pest infestation, flies, cockroaches, mosquitoes, and rodents. Any hard layers of fats must first be broken up manually with a suitable tool, soak thoroughly with clean water.

Q-VIRO works great for Dairies, Butcheries, Abattoirs, Delis, Kitchens, Bakeries, Warehouses, Factories, Goods Receiving Areas, Restaurants, Mines, Processed Meats Factories, Fisheries, etc. Daily application benefits include degreasing all floors, pipes, fat traps and drains.

Mixing Directions

Mix 500g QVIRO PRO with 10 litres of water and pour directly and uniformly into the fat trap using the full quantity. Shock treatment should only be needed once, however under severe circumstances a second treatment might be needed.

Day 1 Mix 5% (50ml) QVIRO PRO to every 10 litres of water. Use a high-pressure sprayer or handheld sprayer on walls and spread evenly over the floors using a broom. Wait minimum 15 minutes, rinse with water and use a squeegee to sweep product into the drains.

Day 2 Mix 4% (40ml) QVIRO PRO to every 10 litres of water. Follow same procedure as above.

Day 3 (and onwards) Mix 3% (30ml) QVIRO PROto every 10 litres of water. Follow same procedure as above. Once mixed product must be used within 3 days. 

Standards for Storage

Sheltered,dry storage at a temperature between 5°C and 45°C without major daily fluctuations. Should there be a swelling of the container loosen the lid to allow the gas to escape. Product is not flammable.

Caution

Shake before use. In the event of accidental discharge of the product, absorb with inert materials and deal with these according to local regulations.
